Studio Make up Booking Policy

To secure and confirm your appointment, a 50% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) will be required. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must give more than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be credited and applied to future bookings. This credit will expire one year after the deposit was paid.
By booking with Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions following below.
All studio services and products must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking, either by EFTPOS or cash.

Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio Quotes and Invoices

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required within 7 days. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your scheduled appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable between dates.
If a booking is made less than 30 days before the appointment date, full payment is due immediately to confirm the booking.
Once your booking fee or full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email securing your booking.
Prior to the appointment, all bookings must be paid in full. We do not accept payment on the spot.
Without payment, Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio does not reserve or hold dates/ appointments.
Parvaneh reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not follow these guidelines.

Changes to Confirm Booking

If you want to change the number of people receiving services or discontinue services, you must give Parvaneh 30 business days’ notice via email. Changes made with less than 30 business days’ notice will incur a surcharge of 30% of the cost quoted for them.

Mobile Booking

Access to PowerPoint in a room with as much natural light as possible
A clear dining table or bench on which we can place our equipment -A bar stool or dining chair
Please do not wear makeup to your Makeup and Hair appointment as this wastes time that could be spent applying your makeup. Ensure that all old mascara and eyeliner have been removed.
Make sure your skin is clean, exfoliated, and hydrated before applying makeup.
We cannot apply old or used false lashes for hygiene reasons.
The hair must be completely dry. If you have oily hair, please wash and dry it before your appointment. Washing and drying your hair is sufficient for normal hair.
The hair must be completely dry before proceeding. Please wash and dry your hair prior to your appointment if you have oily hair. For normal hair, washing and drying it the night before is fine. Please blow dry and straighten your hair before your appointment.

Parking

We request access to nearby parking because we have a lot of heavy equipment to transport.
The client will be responsible for any parking fees.
We ask that you allow us to valet our car and charge it to the room when making a hotel reservation. We will require your room number as well as the name of the person who made the reservation.

Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is located in Pine hill, Auckland. Mobile bookings will be charged a travel fee to cover travel time and mileage. This travel fee will be included in your quote/booking by Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio.

Additional Charges

No-shows will be charged in full.
For mobile bookings, the client is responsible for any travel, toll road charges, parking, or ferry tickets.
Any early morning start before 7 a.m. requires a $50 fee.
If we are waited for more than 20 minutes before beginning your service, we will charge a fee of $100 because we will have other bookings/jobs to attend to. Please ensure that all members of your booking party arrive on time.
We do not stay after services are completed to do additional touch-ups. If you require touch-ups, please notify Parvaneh when booking and she will provide you with a quote.
On public holidays, a 10% surcharge will be applied to the total amount of the booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid until the expiration date on the voucher.
At the time of the appointment, a voucher must be presented.
Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio will not replace or redeem gift vouchers that have been lost or stolen. Please take good care of your voucher.

The cancellation policy of Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio applies to appointments made with a gift voucher. The gift voucher will be deemed void if any changes to the booking are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including rescheduling/cancellation or no-show.

Services Refunds

There are no full refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please discuss it with Parvaneh during your appointment so that we can make any necessary changes.

Product Return and Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio will gladly issue a refund as long as the original product is returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that any postage costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Purchases made due to a change of heart will not be refunded.
If a refund is requested, it will be processed through a bank deposit to a nominated bank account, less any bank/credit card fees incurred by Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio by Parvaneh with the transaction.
Refunds cannot be processed unless the original product is returned.
Exchanges are possible; however, postal charges will apply. The original product must be returned to us before an exchange can be made.
To be eligible for an exchange, the original product must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Prices on parvanehcosmeticstudio.co.nz may change without notice.

Allergies

Hair and Makeup Bookings:
If you have any cosmetic allergies, please notify us at Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio before your service begins. If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, please bring your prefered makeup/skin care products to your appointment.

Before purchasing any products from parvanehcosmeticstudio.co.nz, please consult with a doctor if you are unsure of any allergies to the product. A list of ingredients is available by clicking on the product description. When you buy from Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio, you understand that Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is not responsible for any negative reactions you may have.

If a booking violates these terms and conditions, Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio Management reserves the right to cancel it via email notification.
The engages in “Service” and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions by making a booking with Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio. It is assumed that if you have engaged with Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are final. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to cancel your booking if you fail to comply with the terms without resolving the dispute. All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and GST is not included. These terms and conditions apply to Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio Management.
